Low calorie diets tend not to work as your body recognises the drop in calories then adjusts your metabolism to burn Low fat diets tend not to work either. Most people when they do their shopping tend to pick up the item with 25% less fat written on it when is probably twice as expensive and wont work. These low fat foods are higher in sugar, it clogs up your arteries and can lead to heart attacks and we all know why sugar is bad for you! that the body then uses up stored energy and muscle leaving you tired and dull, instead of the carbohydrates it needs!
